Why is Send Money unavailable right now?
We're making some significant system enhancements so we're taking a bit of extra time to ensure we provide you the best experience possible. We'll notify you as soon as the system is ready for use. Plus, we'll include all the details on how to use the new enhancements.
Until the new Send Money service launches, what other ways can I send my payment during the outage?
We recommend using your One Nevada debit or credit card. Or, you can also use our External Transfer or Bill Pay services. If you need assistance using these services, please give us a call at 800-388-3000.
What new payment options will be available after the upgrade?
After we upgrade our system, the people you send money to can receive it instantly in their One Nevada account or choose to receive it via PayPal or Venmo.
Will the payment occur instantaneously?
YES! If your recipient is a One Nevada Member, they'll receive the funds in their account instantly. For recipients without a One Nevada account, they'll receive it as soon as they choose how to receive their funds.
