Is One Nevada Realty available to all ONCU members and what can you offer our members?
Absolutely! One Nevada Realty Services was created to serve our members. We offer market expertise, tremendous experience and timely communication throughout the process with strong negotiating skills, honesty and integrity.
What is the most important thing a client should keep in mind when selling or buying a home?
A seller should interview to ensure that the agent they are hiring is the best choice to get the job done with proven results! I highly suggest buyers to speak with a mortgage professional sooner than later to ensure they can purchase when they are ready. Sometimes, there may be surprises on your credit report or something not expected that can hinder the purchasing abilities. If caught in good time, we can plan accordingly. It is never too early to begin the process.
What do you like to do when you're not helping your clients buy and sell homes? Any interesting hobbies you'd like to share?
I enjoy spending time with my family or giving back to our community by volunteering. I have had the opportunity the past 3 years to work with Best Buddies, which is a non-profit organization that creates oneto-one friendships, employment opportunities with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. My goal for 2018 is to become more integrated with this program to help gain awareness and inclusion.
