*Must be at least 18 years of age, referred Friend must be a new Member that opens a One Nevada Credit Union checking account with direct deposit, make the minimum opening deposit, and remain a Member in good standing for at least 60 days for each of you to receive reward. Can I make a referral in-branch or in-person?

The shareable link you receive by submitting your email must be used to make a referral.
How and where are the $50 rewards received?

Your $50 reward will be emailed to you with instructions on how to redeem after account requirements are met. The person you refer will receive their $50 reward after 60 days of becoming a member and meeting their account opening criteria. See the terms and conditions link for specific details.

How do I check the status of my rewards?

You may check on the status of your referrals at any time. You’ll see a link on this page and on the Welcome email you’ll receive called ‘My Stats.’ By clicking on that link and filling in your email address, you’ll receive an update email.
By opting in to receive messages (small checkbox by the email entry space above), you’ll receive follow-up communications from our partner Extole regarding the status of your referrals.
How does the One Neavda referral program work?

The One Neavda referral program is an exciting opportunity for you to earn cash by referring One Nevada Credit Union to your friends and family.
Is there a limit to how many referrals I may make?

While the number of referrals you may make is unlimited, you may only earn up to $500 in a calendar year.
Each new member, however, may only be referred once. But then they’ll have unlimited referral sharing too after they have met account requirements. More referrals means more rewards, so feel free to keep sharing!
What if I don’t receive my shareable link?

First, check your spam/junk folder for the Welcome email you’ll receive after making your referral. If you’re unable to locate it, return to the share experience on the landing page, enter your email again and generate a new share link. We’ll be able to connect and track your referrals even if you have multiple share links.
Will I still receive my reward if the person I refer doesn’t successfully become a member/open an account?

The $100 reward will only be received by both parties based on successfully meeting the membership and account opening criteria.
