FHLB Downpayment Assistance Grants Now Available - But Don't Wait!

At One Nevada, we're always on the lookout for ways to help our members achieve their financial goals—and owning a home is one of the biggest dreams we love to support. If you've been thinking about buying your first home (or it's been a while since you've owned one), there's a new opportunity that could make a huge difference in your journey.

Introducing the FHLB Middle-Income Downpayment Assistance Grant

Thanks to the Federal Home Loan Bank's (FHLB) grant program, eligible homebuyers may qualify for up to $25,000 to help cover down payment and closing costs. That's real money that could bring your homeownership dreams within reach—faster than you thought possible.

Here's How It Works:

If you meet the FHLB's program requirements and contribute at least $10,000 toward your home's down payment, you may be eligible for a grant of up to $25,000. These funds can be used for both your down payment and closing costs.

Do You Qualify?
To be eligible, you'll need to:
✅ Be a first-time homebuyer or haven't owned a home in the past three years
✅ Meet local income requirements (varies by area)
✅ Complete a homebuyer education course
✅ Contribute a minimum of $10,000 to your down payment

Act Fast - Funds Are Limited!

These grants are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, and once the funds run out, they're gone. So if you're even thinking about buying a home this year, now's the time to explore your options.

Our One Nevada Mortgage team is here to help you every step of the way. We'll walk you through the grant application process and see if you qualify.
