We comply with the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act (UIGEA – Regulation GG) by performing due diligence at the time of account opening for business/commercial accounts. It is our policy to restrict the opening of any business or commercial account that knowingly participates in restricted transactions as outlined in the Act. If the Credit Union becomes aware of a business or commercial account conducting restricted transactions, we will close the account.

The Credit Union prohibits processing of restricted transactions through your account. Restricted transactions are those in which a person engages in the business of betting or wagering or accepts credit, funds, checks, instruments, or other proceeds from another person in communication with unlawful internet gambling. We may block or reject any such restricted transactions. Further, we reserve the right to block or close any account that we believe is in receipt of such transactions.
