Electronic Bill Payment Disclosure

One Nevada Credit Union will process Bill Payer requests only for payments to payees you have authorized. The designated funds will be withdrawn from your checking account on the payment send date. If the funds are not available in your checking account on the payment send date, your payment will be canceled. You should allow at least 10 business days for processing and crediting by the payee. One Nevada Credit Union cannot guarantee the time that any payment will be credited to your payee’s account. Please refer to the Credit Union Fee Schedule for any fees associated with the Bill Payer service.

One Nevada Credit Union is not liable for any service fees or late charges levied against you. You are responsible for any loss or penalty that you may incur due to lack of sufficient funds or other conditions that may prevent the withdrawal of funds from your account.

If no bills are paid through the your Bill Payer service for three consecutive months your Bill Payer account will be classified as inactive and subject to closure without notice.
