We want to make sure you're aware of upcoming, extended system maintenance. Starting Saturday, October 19 at 10 pm, One Nevada's Online Banking, Mobile App, and Telephone Banking will not be available. We expect to be back online by approximately 4 am, Sunday, October 20.
We understand system outages can be inconvenient, which is why we want to give you plenty of advance notice. We'd appreciate your patience as we complete this planned system maintenance.
During the outage, you can continue to:
- Make debit and credit card purchases.
- Deposit or withdraw cash from ATMs.
- Report lost or stolen cards.
You will not be able to:
- Access online, mobile, or telephone banking.
- View account balances.
- Make mobile deposits.
- Transfer funds between accounts or to other people.
- Pay bills online.
