Fellow Members,
In this time of ongoing uncertainty, we know how important it is for you to bank safely, have reliable access to your money, and get help when you need it. That's why we want to reassure you that One Nevada is here and ready to assist you. Here's how.
Bank online
Our branches are open if you need to visit, but please note that for you and our team members' protection, we're allowing only two members at a time in the branch. We strongly encourage you to avoid in-branch visits and bank online instead. Through Online Banking or our Mobile App, you can bank remotely 24/7/365 to:
- Check your balances
- View recent transactions
- Deposit checks
- Transfer funds, even between your accounts at other financial institutions
- Pay bills
- Send money to friends and family
Give us a call
Need help? Our Contact Center is fully staffed and ready to assist you. We thank you in advance for your patience though as wait times may be longer than normal.
Call 800-388-3000
Monday-Saturday – 9am to 8pm
Sunday – 10am to 6pm
Pay with cards
In times like this, you might "feel" better carrying cash, but cash is notoriously germy, and to protect their employees, some retailers are not currently accepting cash as payment. For your own protection, we encourage you to use debit or credit cards to pay for purchases. If you must use cash, you can get it surcharge-free at any One Nevada ATM or at over 46,000 Allpoint ATMs nationwide.
Your accounts are insured
Speaking of cash, I want to assure you that your deposits are safe and sound at One Nevada Credit Union. Your deposit accounts are insured up to $250,000 through the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA). Insured deposit accounts include regular share, share draft, and money market accounts as well as share certificates.
We'll get through this together
One Nevada is one of the strongest financial institutions in the country, and we're well-prepared to weather the challenging economic environment likely ahead. As your credit union, your financial well-being is important to us. If you struggle to pay bills or make ends meet in the coming weeks, we stand ready to help you. Just give us a call and we'll explore all options to help you ride this out.
Thanks for your continued membership! Together, we will make it through this and emerge a stronger community.
Best regards,
Paul Parrish
