Deposit And Withdrawal Limits

Daily Limits Personalized to You
Recently, we've received some questions about how we set deposit and withdrawal limits. At most financial institutions, daily limits are the same for every customer. As a One Nevada Member, we personalize them based on your membership relationship giving you greater flexibility and access to your funds. Here's a quick look at how we set them.

Your Limits are Personalized
The longer you've been a member, how frequently you use your debit card, your loan payment history, and your average daily deposit account balances all factor into how we establish your personal limits. The more active you are and the more you interact with your membership and accounts, the higher your limits could be.

For most members, your limits change very infrequently. However, we do periodically reassess your membership relationship and may adjust your limits up or down accordingly. If your limits do change, we appreciate that it can catch you off guard if you're not aware of it. We're currently working on a method to notify you automatically if your limits change. In the meantime, you can log in to Digital Banking at any time to see your personal limits.

Where to Find Your Daily Limits
Log in to Digital Banking via your smartphone, tablet, or computer. Look for ‘Account Limits' located under your account information on your computer. On your smartphone, the information is under ‘Deposits.'

In our example below, this Member has a daily ATM withdrawal limit of $1,000, a $2,500 daily spending limit with their debit card, and can deposit up to $1,500 per day at ATMs or with the Digital Banking mobile app. The Member has not chosen to add Overdraft Protection to their account. These limits are subject to change. For the overdraft limit, you must opt into Overdraft Protection to be eligible. ATM Deposit Limits apply to Check Deposits only, cash deposits are made immediately available.

Need to make a big withdrawal? Check your daily limit. Then withdraw that daily maximum at an ATM over several days. Or give us a call at 800-388-3000 during business hours or stop by any branch and we'll help you access your money.
