Back in the Saddle


This is my first week back and I can’t believe how quickly my stamina diminished. However, after just a few runs, my pace is back to normal. I’m still walking more than I did before. But my pace is faster overall, even with the walks. Does that mean I’m running faster when I run, causing myself to get tired faster?
