Q: Where do I find my account number online?routing-check

Your monthly account statement is available online. Click on the Statement Tab, Account Statements and your account number is displayed.

 

Q: Can I cash a check from your credit union if I don’t have an account with you?  

Yes, there is a $10 fee and you will need two forms of valid ID.

 

Q: What are the qualifications to have an Essential Checking Account? 

Income validation is required annually for this checking account, and income can not exceed $35,000/annually.

 
Q: What is the difference between One Checking and One Checking Rewards?home_open

A regular One Checking account requires you to make 15 signature-based transactions or keep a daily balance of $2,000 in order to waive the $5.00 monthly fee. One Checking Rewards offers the same benefits as One Checking, plus you’ll earn unlimited cash back rewards on signature-based debit card transactions. There is a $5.00 fee. Q: Why can’t I transfer money from my One Nevada checking account to my other financial institution?

One Nevada will offer this service in the very near future. Watch for details coming soon.

      Hi Constance – You may stop by any branch location and receive a new debit card. You may call 800-388-3000 to have a card mailed to you. If your card has been lost or stolen, contact us immediately at 800-528-2273.
