Brad Beal

President and Chief Executive Officer

Brad joined One Nevada Credit Union as Senior Vice President in October 1987. He has served as President and Chief Executive Officer since February 1990. Brad is a past Chairman of the National Association of Federal Credit Unions (NAFCU).

Brad previously served as President of Nevada State Employees Federal Credit Union in Carson City, Nevada and has over 30 years banking and credit union management experience. He has a Bachelors degree in Accounting from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Paul Parrish

Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Paul joined the credit union as Controller in January 1981. During his career at One Nevada Credit Union, Paul has served as VP and SVP in the financial and accounting areas.

Paul currently plans and directs the accounting, finance, EFT, mortgage servicing, insurance, and investment functions within the credit union. He holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Senior Vice President Administrative Services

Pete joined the credit union in January 1988 as the Assistant Vice President Data Processing.

Pete currently plans and directs the information technology, electronic services, deposit risk management, item processing and central operations functions within the credit union. Previously, Pete headed operations for Valley Electronic Services Incorporated, a subsidiary company of Valley Bank. He has many years of senior level experience in information systems and operations management in the financial industry.

Senior Vice President Loan Administration

Tom joined the credit union as Vice President Lending in April 1999. In his position he plans and directs all of the credit union’s consumer, commercial and real estate lending and collection activities in addition to overseeing the credit union’s realty operation.

Tom previously served as Vice President Operations at Centra Credit Union located in Columbus, Indiana. He holds a Bachelors degree in General Studies from Indiana University of South Bend, Indiana.

Michael Traficanti

Senior Vice President Human Resources

Michael joined One Nevada Credit Union as the Vice President of Human Resources in May 2000. In his current position, he plans and directs all human resource and training/development activities for the credit union. Michael is a long-standing member of the Southern Nevada Human Resource Association (SNHRA) where he held various Board positions, including serving as the association's president. Currently, Michael is the Certification Director and webmaster for the Nevada State Council for the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and he previously served as the Nevada State SHRM Council's Director and member of the Pacific West Regional SHRM Committee. Michael is a member of the Nevada Council on Problem Gambling's (NCPG) Board of Directors and serves on the council's Human Resource/Personnel committee. Prior to his employment with the credit union, Michael held various executive management positions within the gaming and hospitality industry.

Michael is a graduate of the University of Arizona with degrees in Psychology and Sociology and he has earned the Professional Human Resource (PHR) designation from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).

Senior Vice President Marketing

Greg joined the credit union as Senior Vice President Marketing in February 2007. In his current position, he plans, directs, and administers all marketing, public relations and communication efforts of One Nevada Credit Union.

He has over 19 years of marketing experience and previously served as Vice President of Marketing for Unity One Credit Union in Fort Worth, Texas. Greg is active in the credit union marketing community and has spoken at several trade industry conferences. He is a past member of the PSCU Marketing Advisory Group (MAG) and was previously a member of the Executive Committee for the Texas Credit Union League Marketing Council.

Greg has won numerous marketing awards. He was named 2006 Marketer of the Year by the Texas Credit Union League and named 2010 Marketing Executive of the Year by The Credit Union Times. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Mass Communication from Texas Wesleyan University.
