A Bit Sluggish After the Holiday Weekend?

Ahhh … the first day back to work after a long weekend. Sure the burgers, brats and beverages may have tasted great in the moment, but today you are left feeling sluggish, tired and drained as you sit at your desk. 
The good news? There are things you can do right now to start feeling better and to detox after the fun-filled weekend.
